Do takov\u00e9 aktivity se pak nemus\u00edme nutit, naopak se na ni t\u011b\u0161\u00edme. Z\u016fstaneme u n\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b a v\u011bnujeme se j\u00ed pravideln\u011b! Na spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tukov\u00fdch pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159k\u016f je dle odborn\u00edk\u016f nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed takov\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 aktivita, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 dosahujeme tepov\u00e9 frekvence asi 110 a\u017e 130 \u00fader\u016f za minutu. Orienta\u010dn\u011b jsme na t\u00e9to hodnot\u011b, kdy\u017e p\u0159i sportu zvl\u00e1dneme s n\u011bk\u00fdm bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho zad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mluvit. P\u0159esn\u011b to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zjist\u00edme jen m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm. Doporu\u010dov\u00e1ny jsou sporty vytrvalostn\u00ed (nap\u0159. b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00edzda na kole \u010di plav\u00e1n\u00ed).
